Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored colorless powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • Clove powder to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Topping for chocolate flavored ice cream or brigadeiro cream

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a mold with a hole in the middle measuring 26 cm in diameter, moistening it with water. Reserve.
  2. Place the gelatin in the milk to hydrate.
  3. Bring to the boil to dissolve without letting it boil.
  4. In the blender, place the remaining ingredients and the dissolved gelatin.
  5. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Unmold and drizzle with the topping or cover with the brigadeiro cream.
  8. Serve.

Brigadeiro Cream Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • ½ tablespoon of brandy
  • 1 box of cream

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, heat the condensed milk, butter, chocolate and brandy over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in the cream and let cool.
