1st Option Prestigious Food

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 small box of cream
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 50 grams of grated coconut
  • 4 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Preparation Mode

  1. Provide a mold for the dish, greasing it with oil. Reserve.
  2. With the exception of the chocolate, place the other ingredients in a pan.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and cooks.
  4. Remove from heat, add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  5. Place in the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  6. Unmold and decorate as desired.

Mom Tips

It is not recommended to add melted chocolate beforehand. When we cook chocolate together, it burns the sugar and lactose. The dish will have a different flavor. If you prefer, replace the chocolate bar with powdered chocolate. Use a cup.

2nd Option

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of whey-free cream
  • 200 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation Mode

  1. Provide a mold for the dish, greasing it with oil. Reserve.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  3. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add the ready-made gelatin and beat some more.
  5. Place in the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  6. Unmold and decorate as desired.

Mom Tips

Decorate with chocolate or fruit, such as chopped strawberries.
