Ingredients
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups (tea) of boiled and crushed pine nuts
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) of powder yeast
- 2 Eggs
COVERAGE INGREDIENTS
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 1 cup of boiled and crushed pine nuts
- 200 grams of sugar
Preparation mode
- Prepare a round shape by grease it with oil and spraying it with wheat flour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
- Cook pine nuts in pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
- Peel the pine nuts and grind in a blender.
- Add milk, eggs, oil and beat until smooth.
- Remove from the blender and add the remaining ingredients, being the cinnamon last.
- Take to bake for 40 minutes.
- After cold, unmold and place the cover.
