A typical Italian dessert with a touch of wine for very special occasions. Enjoy a tiramisu!


  • 1 packet of champagne biscuits
  • 300 grams of fresh ricotta
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 and ½ cup of ready-made coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of Port wine
  • 3 cute

Preparation Mode

  1. In a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream.
  2. Add the ricotta, beat for 2 minutes and set aside.
  3. Mix the coffee with the wine.
  4. Moisten the cookies with the wine and coffee mixture.
  5. In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of biscuits, ricotta cream and chocolate powder, finishing with ricotta cream.
  6. Decorate with chocolate powder and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Serve.

Mom Tips

Ricotta: mash it and pass it through a sieve to make tiramisu.

If you prefer, decorate the dessert with chocolate shavings.
