  • 1 kg of pork loin
  • 2 cubes of chicken broth
  • 15 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 1 and ½ cups of boiling water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pressure cooker, place all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the pan, and let it cook for 30 minutes after coming to pressure.
  3. Let the pressure release naturally.
  4. When the pan is free of pressure, open the pan and return to medium heat.
  5. Let the meat brown, turning it occasionally.
  6. Serve sliced.
