Don’t want to make panettone? No problem. Buy the panettone ready-made and just make the filling and, if you prefer, also the topping.
It will be beautiful and very tasty!!


  • 1 traditional panettone of 500 grams

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • 30 grams of chopped milk top topping
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut cream

Ingredients Decoration (optional)

  • 50 grams of melted milk top topping
  • 10 grams of melted white top frosting
  • roasted hazelnuts

Panettone Preparation Method

  1. Cut off the lid of the panettone and set aside.
  2. Remove part of the core from the panettone and set aside.

Preparation Stuffing and Decoration

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil until thickened.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Mix the reserved panettone brains.
  4. Stuff the panettone and put the lid on.
  5. If you prefer, decorate with the toppings mixing them together and garnish with the hazelnuts.

Mother’s Tips

If you prefer, double the amount of filling and decoration ingredients.

Yield one unit of 500 grams.
