  • 1 ovo

  • 25 ready-made firecrackers or carolinas

  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare to mass.
  2. Mix the butter with the sugar, salt and egg.
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little, until you get a uniform dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm.
  5. Place on a large baking tray, mark the surface with the help of a flat plate.
  6. Trim the edges.
  7. Bake this pie bottom in a hot oven and set aside.
  8. Moisten a pan with 2 or 3 tablespoons of water.
  9. Add the sugar and heat until you get a very golden caramel.
  10. Pierce the bombs or carolinas and pass them through the hot caramel.


  1. Assemble the dish by fixing the bombs or carolinas next to each other on the already baked pie bottom.
  2. Cover with the rest of the caramel and let it cool.
  3. Once cold, place the topping in a piping bag and decorate the pie.
  4. Serve immediately.

  2. Add the vanilla and add the whipped cream, mixing without beating.
