Ingredients

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread over the salad and serve.

Mint sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, beat all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve with vegetable salads.

Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves of garlic without shell
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, for 30 seconds, beat the garlic with the milk.
  2. In wire, add the olive oil gradually, until mayonnaise consistency.
  3. Season with salt and serve.

Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 days in a hermetically closed pot.

Green sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of parsley, coriander and chopped chives
  • 1 green -free green pepper
  • 1 small onion cubes
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
