Salad dressing

- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- ½ small chopped onion

Preparation mode

- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread over the salad and serve.
Mint sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup mint
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- In a blender, beat all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with vegetable salads.

Ingredients
- 5 cloves of garlic without shell
- 1 cup of olive oil
- ½ cup of milk
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- In a blender, for 30 seconds, beat the garlic with the milk.
- In wire, add the olive oil gradually, until mayonnaise consistency.
- Season with salt and serve.

Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 days in a hermetically closed pot.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of parsley, coriander and chopped chives
- 1 green -free green pepper
- 1 small onion cubes
- 1 tsp of salt

- 1 lemon juice

- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
