To make this recipe for 4 people, you will need:

  • 1 piece of 500/600 g rum steak or rum steak heart
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 spring onions
  • Grapeseed oil
  • 200 g of arugula
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fine gray salt, freshly ground pepper
