  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 stale bread without crust
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 ovo
  • Green scent to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Filling Ingredients

  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can of ready-made tomato sauce
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • Seasonings to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, chop the bread and drizzle the milk over it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the meat, moistened bread, onion, egg and seasonings.
  3. Place the mixture obtained in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove, open a portion of the mixture in your hands, fill it with cheese and shape the porpetas.
  5. Place the water and tomato sauce in a pan, add the porpetas, seasonings and stir gently.
  6. Let it cook for approximately 30 minutes on low heat.
  7. Remove and serve.

Mom Tips

Ground meat: The ideal is to ask the butcher to grind duckling meat.

You can replace the indicated cheese with white cheese or other ingredients of your choice.
