Dietitian and nutritionist Camille Guyon, better known under the pseudonym Camille_Nutrition on Instagram, shared all the steps to successfully make this fat-free preparation from the dough to the filling. Enhanced with butternut and gorgonzola, this recipe is ideal for fully enjoying the flavors of winter while ensuring the well-being of your body. This variation offers a delicious and nutritious option that will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets’ palates.

For the pizza dough:
- 160 g of flour
- 200 g they skir
- 2 pinches of salt
For garnish :
- 1 petit butternut
- 3 spoons of white cheese
- 100 g gorgonzola
- Lamb’s lettuce
- You sell
- Pepper
For the pizza dough:
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, pinches of salt and skyr until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- At the same time, preheat the oven to 220°C.
For garnish :
- Clean the butternut, cut it into cubes and cook it in the oven or in a steamer for around thirty minutes.
- Once cooked, mash it with cottage cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out your previously prepared pizza dough and place the topping on it. Then sprinkle pieces of gorgonzola evenly.
- Place the pizza on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C.
- Once the pizza is golden brown, add some lamb’s lettuce and enjoy!
