Truffles are always a good option to sell, give as gifts, welcome at Easter and are simply delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Cocoa powder
  • Forminhas

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolates with the butter, stirring until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Remove from the heat, add the cream, salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap until it is very firm.
  4. With a portion of dough, using a spoon, shape the truffles or lightly grease your hands and form into balls.
  5. Dip the shaped truffles or balls in cocoa powder and place in molds.
  6. Serve.

Mom Tips

The real chocolate truffle has no defined shape and is dipped in cocoa powder.

The truffles bathed or with shells chocolate, they are actually truffled candies.

If you prefer, replace the cocoa powder with chocolate powder.
