In just a few minutes you can prepare a super health ally. Enjoy that bowl of yogurt!

Ingredients

  • 4 pots of natural yogurt
  • 1 and ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup (tea) of dried fruits
  • 1 cup (tea) of red fruits
  • Honey (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Line a sieve with paper towel and place it over a bowl.
  2. Arrange the yogurt on top and let it drain well in the refrigerator.
  3. In bowls, layer drained yogurt, granola, dried and red fruits and finish with yogurt.
  4. Decorate with mint leaves or as desired.
  5. Serve then.

Mom Tips

Dried fruits can be: nuts, pistachios, raisins, etc.

Coarsely chop the dried fruits.

Cut the berries into small pieces. They can be: strawberry, raspberry, currant, cherry, blackberry, etc.

Serve the yogurt bowl for breakfast or as a dessert.
