Children won’t be able to resist it. The advantage is that it only takes a few steps and the fries are already ready. Here’s how to do it.

For the recipe you will need:

  • 1 courgette
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • Sel
  • Pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Paprika

  1. Start by cutting the zucchini into small sticks.
  2. Then prepare the breadcrumbs with herbs de provence, paprika, pepper and salt.
  3. Then dip your sticks in flour, eggs then breadcrumbs.
  4. Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  5. Finish by adding a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Then, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
