Drama of a Colombian family that was going for the American dream: they were kidnapped in Mexico

The family He left Arauca in search of the American dream in an adventure that began crossing the Darién, where they arrived from Saravena, Arauca, where they lived.

“He was going to the United States, because of the economic situation, here in Colombia I couldn’t get a job. She has a degree, she already has a lot of study. I begged him not to leave, but it was not possible,” said Marta Blanco, the mother of the kidnapped Colombian.
