Ingredients
- 170 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 170 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 boxes of cream
- 2 cups of ready-made whipped cream
- Milk chocolate shavings
- Mint Leaves (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Melt the two types of chocolate mixed with the butter.
- In a blender, beat the melted chocolates with the cream until smooth.
- Mix gently with the whipped cream.
- Distribute into individual bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When serving, decorate with chocolate shavings and mint leaves.

The butter is unsalted, after all, we are making sweets.
Do not use margarine in this recipe.
