Ingredients

  • 1 pack of champagne type cookie (180 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons well full of unsalted butter
  • 2 liters of ice cream chocolate flavor
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • Chocolate flavored ice cream syrup

Preparation mode

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. In a blender, beat the cookies and pour into a bowl.
  3. Add butter and work with your fingertips until you get a crumbling consistency.
  4. With this farofa, line the bottom of a 26 cm diameter removable rim, squeezing the dough with your fingers.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before using.
  8. Mix the whipped cream with the chocolate ice cream and spread over the dough, straightening with a spatula.
  9. Bring to the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  10. Before serving spread the chocolate flavor and decorate syrup throughout the pie.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 8 portions.
Do not replace butter with margarine.

The ice cream syrup can be replaced by brigadeiro in cream mixed with whipped cream.
Garnish with ice cream or chocolate shavings.
