- 4 tablespoons of wheat fiber
- 4 tablespoons of wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 10 grams of dry biological yeast
- 700 ml of warm water
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- Prepare two shapes of bread by grease them with oil and spraying with flour.
- Preheat the oven at 200 ° C.
- Mix the yeast with the sugar. Reserve.
