  • 6 broth tablets
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 120 ml of oil

Ingredients for breading

  • 500 ml of milk
  • Wheat flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the broth tablets in hot water. Book.
  2. In a pan, over low heat, add the oil and garlic to brown.
  3. After sautéing the garlic, add the broth.
  4. Then add the wheat flour little by little.
  5. Let it cook until it leaves the bottom of the pan. Set aside and let it cool.

  7. Dip the snacks in wheat flour seasoned with salt.
  8. Dip in milk, remove and coat in breadcrumbs.
  9. Once well breaded, fry them in hot oil.
  10. Place the fried snacks on paper towels.
  11. Serve.

Mom Tips

The broth tablets can be chicken, beef or any other flavor of your choice.

The options for using the dough: cheese or cheese and ham balls, chicken or chicken drumstick with cream cheese or the option of making rissoles with meat or shrimp filling. Also, fillings can be whatever you prefer.
