Mother Tips
2 portions yield.
The green smell can be replaced by chopped fresh fresh fresh oregano.
Cassava should be prepared the day it bought it. Wash the roots, peel them and cook them. Once cooked, drained and cold, put them in refractory, cover with film paper and refrigerate until the time to use or freeze them.
When cassava is new/good, it can be cooked in a common pan for 10 minutes. If in this time they do not cook, transfer to the pressure cooker. After the pan starts to “squeak/whistle” cook for approximately 8 minutes. Also try the cassava cake with chocolate icing
