
In the list of preferences, after the brigadeiro many claim that the fudge is preferred. Have you tried? It’s delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 500 grams of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 100 grams of chopped apricots
- 100 grams of coarsely chopped pistachios
- 100 grams of bitter or fractional white coverage (for Arabesques- Optional)
Preparation mode
- Line a 26 cm x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the dark chocolate, add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir, incorporating them well.
- Spread the mixture on the baking dish, smooth well and take to freeze for about 20 minutes.
- At this stage, you can make the bicolor fudge, see tips below.
- After the batter prepared on the baking dish, placing the melted chocolate in a small cut with one -tips, if you prefer, you can make black or white arabesques, with circular motions on the dough.
Mother Tips
If you prefer, you can add 100 grams of white chocolate drops to black fudge or drops of black chocolate if you make white fudge.
Cutting the fudge into 5 cm squares will yield approximately 20 pieces.
For the bicolor fudge: melt 200 grams of white chocolate, run the temperature and spread over the mass described above.
Fudge can be pure, can be bicolor and can be done with chopped cookie or cookies.
Other ingredients that can be used: chestnuts of your choice, raisins, cherries, coconut, banana passes, coffee, raisins, peanuts,…
Serve pure as a dessert, with ice cream or as follow -up for coffee. Do for special events such as weddings, baptisms, teas, birthdays and others.
You can market packing the fudges in candy boxes with transparent lid or in transparent cellophane packets.
It can freeze for up to 6 months.
