Ingredients

  • 12 salmon fillets
  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • ½ cup (tea) olive oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a mixing bowl, season the salmon with lemon juice, mint and salt.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, removing just 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Heat a grill well, keeping the heat high.
  4. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
  5. Place two at a time on the hot grill, turning them to grill on both sides.
  6. Check if they are cooked by poking them with a fork.
  7. The fish should fall apart into flakes. Place the grilled steaks on a platter and keep in a warm place.

Yields 12 servings.
