Ingredients
- 12 salmon fillets
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- ½ cup (tea) olive oil
Preparation Mode
- In a mixing bowl, season the salmon with lemon juice, mint and salt.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, removing just 30 minutes before serving.
- Heat a grill well, keeping the heat high.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
- Place two at a time on the hot grill, turning them to grill on both sides.
- Check if they are cooked by poking them with a fork.
- The fish should fall apart into flakes. Place the grilled steaks on a platter and keep in a warm place.
