Ingredients
- 6 fish fillets
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- Tartar Sauce
Preparation Mode
- Season the fish with olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic and lemon and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Dip the fillets in wheat flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on paper towel.
Mom Tips
Fish: sole or hake can be caught.
Serve with leaf salad and white rice.
