Dough Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups (tea) of warm water
- 30 grams of fresh organic yeast
- 1 dessert spoon of sugar
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 1 dessert spoon of paprika
- 1 ovo
Filling ingredients
- 500 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 sliced ​​tomatoes
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- Chopped green olives
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl place the yeast, sugar, salt, paprika and mix until you obtain a liquid.
- Add the egg, oil and water.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and stir until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Knead the dough and divide it into 20 balls.
- Place them on a floured surface and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the balls into circles and place them on a greased baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Pierce them with a fork.
- On each one, spread the tomato sauce, oregano and basil.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove and cover each with mozzarella.
- Salt the tomato and place a slice on each mini pizza.
- Place back in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
- Serve.
