Dough Ingredients

  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cups (tea) of warm water
  • 30 grams of fresh organic yeast
  • 1 dessert spoon of sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 1 ovo

Filling ingredients

  • 500 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • Chopped green olives
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl place the yeast, sugar, salt, paprika and mix until you obtain a liquid.
  2. Add the egg, oil and water.
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little and stir until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  4. Knead the dough and divide it into 20 balls.
  5. Place them on a floured surface and let rise for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  7. Using a rolling pin, roll out the balls into circles and place them on a greased baking tray, leaving space between them.
  8. Pierce them with a fork.
  9. On each one, spread the tomato sauce, oregano and basil.
  10. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove and cover each with mozzarella.
  12. Salt the tomato and place a slice on each mini pizza.
  13. Place back in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
  14. Serve.
