Ingredients

  • 150 ml of soda to taste
  • 500 grams of icing sugar (glaçúcar)
  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier gel

Preparation mode

  1. Put all ingredients in the mixer.
  2. At top speed, beat the ingredients for about 5 minutes.

Andreia tips

I use lemon soda. It’s great because it does not change the white color of the roof.

I’ve done to order a cake, it was great. The consistency is very good

This recipe can cover a cake of approximately 6 kg.
