Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg of desalted high fillet cod
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 carrots in sticks
  • 4 peeled potatoes, sliced
  • 2 sliced ​​onions
  • 6 cabbage leaves, torn and stems removed
  • 1 bunch of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 4 boiled and sliced ​​eggs (optional
  • Chopped parsley to taste (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Place the cod in a pan and cover with the milk.
  2. Cook for 20 minutes, let cool and reserve the milk.
  3. Remove the skin and spine.
  4. In the cooking milk, cook the potato and drain.
  5. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180ºC).
  6. In a bowl, mix the cabbage, broccoli, onions and carrots.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. In a medium ovenproof dish, place the potatoes, cod and vegetables.
  9. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the paper, add the olives and eggs.
  12. Serve sprinkled with parsley and drizzle with more olive oil.

Approximate yield of 6 servings.
