Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup (tea) cream
- 2 cups of chopped palm hearts
- 300 grams of preserved artichoke bottoms
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 kg of chicken breast
- ½ cup of white wine
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch of chard or iceberg lettuce, cleaned and cut into thin strips
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, place the chicken, wine, season with salt and cover with water.
- Cook with the pan covered until the chicken is tender.
- Let it cool, drain the water and shred the chicken. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, hearts of palm and reserved chicken.
- Mix well until you obtain a cream. Reserve.
- In a salad bowl, place the lettuce or chard.
- Place a portion of chicken cream on each artichoke base.
- Distribute in the prepared salad bowl.
Mom Tips
The salad bowl can also be prepared with carrot sauce or another dressing of your choice.
