With this rice recipe, in 30 minutes you will have a tasty dish to serve for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of washed and drained rice
- 1 sachet of vegetable broth
- 4 cups (tea) of hot water
- 2 cups (tea) of grated carrots
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of fine herbs
- 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the garlic in margarine for 2 minutes.
- Add the carrot and stir.
- Add the rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the crumbled vegetable stock, water and salt to taste.
- Mix well and cook over low heat, with the pan half covered until dry.
- Turn off the heat and use a fork to fluff the rice.
- Add the herbs and mozzarella and mix gently.

Use as fine herbs: rosemary, basil and oregano.
