- 10 tablespoons of icing sugar
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a 26 cm diameter pan.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the milk, Nesquik®, oil and eggs until you obtain a very creamy mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, yeast and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until baked and lightly browned.

- In a mixer, mix the topping ingredients.
- Beat until firm.
Assembly
- Cut the cake in half and fill.
- Place the other dough and cover with the rest of the topping.
- Decorate to taste.
