Dough Ingredients
- 200 grams of cornstarch or ground water and salt biscuits
- 80 grams of butter
Filling Ingredients
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 5 peaches in syrup
- ½ cup (tea) brown sugar
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 4 teaspoons of flavorless, colorless gelatin powder
- ½ cup passion fruit pulp (for garnish)
Dough Preparation Method
- In a bowl, knead the butter with the biscuit.
- Line a mold with a removable bottom.
- Take it to freeze.
Filling preparation method
- In a blender, place the cheese, peach, sugar and blend until smooth.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add the whipped cream to the gelatin and passion fruit pulp.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
- Pour the mixture over the dough and refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Decorate with sliced peaches.
