Two easy pineapple cookie options for adults and children to enjoy. Try it!
1st Option
Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup melted butter
- 100 ml of milk
- 4 slices of pineapple
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 excited
- 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Grease and sprinkle a baking tray with wheat flour. Book.
- Finely chop two slices of pineapple. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Sift the wheat flour with the baking powder and cornstarch.
- Add the sugar and add the butter.
- Add the egg yolks, milk and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Add the pineapple, mix and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls and place them on the baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Mom’s tip
With the rest of the pineapple (chopped), decorate the cookies by placing a small piece on each one, before putting them in the oven.
2nd Option
Ingredients
- ½ kg of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- Pineapple jelly
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, using a wooden spoon, mix the butter well with the sugar and pineapple juice.
- Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing with your hands, until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Shape into balls, make a depression in each cookie and fill with jam.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Mom Tips
Do not use margarine in recipes.
If you prefer, use an appropriate device to shape the cookies.
The cookies can be joined with jam.
Approximate yield of 70 cookies.
